Is it another note app? Not quite. Our focus isn't knowledge management or structured writing; it's catalyzing creative thought. Untidiness and chaos are not our enemy. Think Einstein's desk and Dostoevsky's draft.
Is it a paid subscription? Buy once, own the current major version, and receive free minor updates. It's the old software-in-a-box model. A tiny tool doesn't need frequent major releases.
Can I sync it across devices? It's just a folder. Sync it with anything you like — iCloud, Dropbox, whatever.
Support any files? Anything macOS supports. No restrictions on linking.
Why not Markdown syntax? Markdown is mainly for formatting, which we deliberately avoid. Rhizo uses only [[wiki links]] — which aren't Markdown syntax either.
Are subfolders allowed? Not recommended, but possible. Link across subfolders using 'folder/file.txt' as the file path.
Is it anti-AI? No. Rhizo is exploring how humans and AI can work together to deepen human understanding.
