This Privacy Policy explains how Rhizo handles information when you use the app.
Information Collection
Rhizo does not collect your notes, files, or writing.
Rhizo does not:
- collect personal information from inside the app
- track your activity or behavior
- use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
- require an account or sign-in
- store your files on our servers
Local Files
Rhizo works with a local folder chosen by you.
Your files stay in that folder. You decide how they are backed up, synced, deleted, or shared.
If you use external services such as iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, Git, or other storage providers, those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Local App Data
Rhizo may store app data locally on your device, such as settings, selected folder information, window state, license status, and other data needed for the app to function.
Purchases and License Keys
Rhizo direct purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, payment, receipts, taxes, refunds, and license key delivery. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
When you enter a license key in Rhizo, the app may contact Lemon Squeezy to activate or validate the license. Rhizo stores license information locally so the app can stay unlocked on your device.
Older App Store Version
Older versions of Rhizo may have been distributed through the Apple App Store. App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's own policies.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app or on our official website.
